Vlog 1: Update and the 4 Don’ts

Hey guys!

Sorry I went MIA again, this past quarter was hectic; I picked up an extra class and wanted to make sure I passed them all so I could graduate in June (which I officially will be!). I wanted to try something new and decided to do a vlog–this is a trial run and I would absolutely love your input. In addition to vlogging I may also continue writing, but I definitely want to get some workout tutorials up on the site as well, so stay tuned!
